By leveraging the brand and Chef Sal’s celebrity status, the restaurant became a top 25 restaurant on Trip Advisor with numerous webpage inquiries.

Objective/Challenges Faced: Estro Communications manages the social media needs and online reputation of both Sal and Patsy’s Italian Restaurant. To distinguish the Patsy’s Italian Restaurant brand from other similarly named restaurants while engaging current loyal patrons and creating new customers.

Signaling Brand Recognition: SEO and Social Media was used to clearly distinguish the restaurant from other “Patsy’s” in the NYC Tri-State area.
